Day 01: Madurai
Grand welcome at Chennai airport by Erco Travels representative. As you reach Chennai, you will be driven to Madurai by our representative. If you wish you can spare some time in watching Chennai attractions like Parthasarathy temple and Anna Memorial.Overnight Hotel.
Day 02: Madurai
Today morning you will visit the world famous Meenakshi Temple. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Parvati and both are worshiped together over here. At Madurai, you can also visit some other attractions like Mariamman Teppakulam temple, Gandhi Museum and Thirumalai Nayak Palace. Overnight Hotel.
Day 03: Kodaikanal
After breakfast, leave for the Princess of Hill stations, Kodaikanal. The pleasing climatic condition of the city can lure any heart. After having your lunch you can pamper your times in doing trekking activity which takes routes from Periyakulam - Adukkam - Kodaikanal. After that,reach Bear Shola Falls to watch its spellbinding beauty. Come back to hotel to spend the night.
Day 04: Kodaikanal
To watch the bird's eyeing view of a plain village of Kodaikanal reach, Dolphin's Nose. Kodai Lake is one another popular attraction of the city where you will experience pedal boating. There are some other attractions of the city namely Devil's Kitchen, Green Valley view and Pillar rocks which you can visit during Kodaikanal sightseeing. Overnight Hotel.
Day 05: Chennai
Check-out from hotel after breakfast and reach the nearest airport to fly for your country.

- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
- Guest may be required to provide a valid photo-id card in originals Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc.
- Note-PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
- Foreign Nationals are required to carry their original passport along with a valid visa. 365 Yatra shall not be responsible for any declination in admission of guests at the time of check-in, by the Hotel.
- The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. 365 Yatra will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guest
- Any claim or complaint by the Traveller must be notified to the company in writing within One Week of the end of their holiday tour.
- On arrival at Airport/Railway Station the guests are requested to come outside the main exit.

- Above 01 year child full Ferry Tickets will be chargeable
- Below 01 Years: Rs.115.00 per Sector (To Be Paid Directly While Boarding the Ferry).
Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked. Issue regarding child age to be settled by guest directly to the Hotel.

Payment Procedure:
For bookings the Procedure will be as follows.
You are requested to deposit 50% advance payment on the confirmation of a tour and balance payment at least 07 days prior to the date of travel.

All payments are subjected to realization. On realization we will acknowledge you with the confirmation mail and deadlines for deposit of balance payment in full.
Refund:
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the client is booked. It would take at least 14 days to process such Refund. However, there is no refund for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface/air).
